We know meanings of such words as “writing” and “editing”, but what is the meaning of “writing editing”? Well, “writing” is a process during which you are busy with such activity as writing, in order words you write something. You can write with pen or pencil on the paper. Or you may use computer and write something is electronic variant. In this case, the process of writing can be called as typing, because in fact, you type the text by pushing keys of keyboard. As for “editing”, it usually comes after “writing”. If you don’t have something written, you can’t carry out “editing”. Editing means to read and correct mistakes, which you have made during the process of writing. When both writing and editing are finished, the paper can be considered as finished. So, what can be said about “writing editing”. In fact, everything is very simple. It means that you have to edit the text, which you have written.
Is writing editing really important or maybe the single writing is quite enough. In general, if you don’t care much about your grades, you may avoid the process of editing and carry out the process of writing only. But even if you are the most attentive person, you also can make mistakes during writing or you may write something in not proper way, that’s why editing is so important. You may write an excellent essay or coursework, but if it contains plenty of grammatical and stylistic mistakes, then you can’t rely on high evaluation of your academic paper.
If you can’t make quality editing, then it is possible to find other person who knows on high level grammatical rules and understands stylistic peculiarities, to read and to edit your work. It won’t’ take a lot of time, but you won’t blush listening how your teacher lists your mistakes.
